Residency by Investment-Switzerland

About Swiss Residency:

  • Switzerland is known worldwide as the country of banks, clocks, and cheese. It is a country with one of the strongest and most stable economies on the globe.
  • It is located at the center of Europe, and while it is not a EU member country or part of the Schengen area, it is open to visitors who have a Schengen visa or residency permit. The country is also not a member of the EEC and is thus economically independent of the European Union, which brings certain advantages for doing business and managing one’s finances.
  • Swiss law offers two accessible ways to acquire a long-term residency, namely obtaining a residency permit for company owners or by concluding a tax agreement.

Benefits:

  • Live in Europe year-round and move around visa-free – Temporary residency in Switzerland gives you the right to live in Switzerland year-round and also visit other Schengen countries without the need for visas.
  • Your whole family is covered right away – A residence permit will be issued to the main applicant, and at the same time also to his/her spouse and underage children.
  • A prestigious lifestyle – Life in Switzerland is pleasant, comfortable, and prestigious. The country offers unique nature, a high level of safety, and political and economic stability.

Condition Precedent:

  • When family members are included in the application, a legalized marriage certificate and legalized birth certificates of any underage children are required. In making a decision on whether to issue a residency permit, the immigration authorities have the right to ask for additional information or documentation and they pay special attention to the applicant’s professional qualities, his/her ability to adapt to the professional and social environment, language skills, and age.
