How We Help You
Our Marriage Counselling service is provided by experienced, compassionate and dedicated volunteer counsellors who are committed to helping individuals and couples navigate through relationship challenges.
We help by:
- Providing confidential one-on-one and joint counselling sessions.
- Helping couples improve communication and conflict resolution.
- Supporting couples experiencing marital difficulties or separation.
- Providing referrals to volunteer legal professionals where family legal issues arise.
- Connecting clients with additional support services where necessary.
Every counselling session is handled with empathy, professionalism, confidentiality, and respect for every individual’s circumstances.
Payment Terms
Service Fee
Our Marriage Counselling service is provided free of charge.
However, because we are a non-profit foundation, we kindly encourage every individual or couple who benefits from our services to support our work by becoming a donor.
You may choose to give:

Conciliation
Sometimes people simply need help rebuilding trust and restoring communication. Conciliation is a peaceful straightforward process that helps individuals or families settle disagreements by encouraging understanding, compromise, and cooperation without taking the matter to court.
How We Help You
Our trained volunteer conciliators work with everyone involved to encourage open communication and help resolve disagreements peacefully.
We help by:
- Bringing both parties together in a safe and respectful environment.
- Helping everyone understand each other’s concerns.
- Encouraging honest conversations and mutual respect.
- Assisting parties in reaching fair and practical agreements.
- Helping reduce conflict and avoid lengthy legal disputes.
- Referring matters to volunteer lawyers if legal assistance becomes necessary.
Our goal is to help people settle disputes peacefully while preserving relationships wherever possible.
Legal Representation (Where Applicable)
Where legal intervention becomes necessary, volunteer lawyers from our network may be assigned based on the nature of the matter and availability.
We currently provide legal representation for eligible matters in Abuja and Lagos, with plans to expand to other states in the future.

Not every disagreement has to end up in court. Mediation helps individuals resolve conflicts through calm and respectful conversations. With the help of a neutral mediator, both parties can discuss their concerns, find common ground, and work towards a solution that benefits everyone.

- Helping families, couples, neighbours, and individuals resolve disputes without unnecessary conflict.
- Referring matters to volunteer lawyers where legal advice or representation becomes necessary.
Our goal is to help people reach peaceful agreements while maintaining dignity, respect, and healthy relationships whenever possible.

No-Fault / Fast Track Divorce Through the Courts
When a marriage has broken down beyond repair, ending it peacefully and with dignity can be the best path forward. Our No-Fault/Fast Track Divorce support helps eligible couples navigate the legal process with less conflict, unnecessary delays, and emotional stress.
How We Help You
Our team provides information, guidance, and support throughout the divorce process. Where legal representation is required, eligible clients may be matched with volunteer lawyers.
We help by:
- Explaining the divorce process in simple and easy-to-understand language.
- Helping you understand your rights and legal options.
- Assisting with the preparation of required documents.
- Connecting eligible clients with volunteer lawyers for court representation.
- Supporting parties who wish to resolve issues peacefully and avoid unnecessary conflict.
- Providing referrals for counselling where emotional or family support is needed.
We understand that divorce can be difficult, and our aim is to make the process as smooth, respectful, and stress-free as possible.
